The Weston Report - Honeymoon Over For Keystone Rams! Sun 01st Sep 2013 17:24
Forget ‘bogey team’, Burnley seem to have some kind of magic spell over the Rams after another win for the Clarets at Pride Park. No wins for us in the last eight meetings between the sides suggests that this result shouldn’t have come as a surprise but I challenge anyone to be have been pessimistic enough to lay claim to seeing this one coming.
The Weston Report - Who Says The League Cup Is Meaningless? Thu 29th Aug 2013 00:33
The way the League Cup has transpired over the last few years, you can forgive my lingering thoughts that last night’s test from strong lower-league opposition, may well have proved to be another banana skin and a block in the road after a steady start to the campaign.
Clough: "It Doesn't Get Much Better Than That" - The RamZone Wrap Wed 28th Aug 2013 00:43
The Rams have suffered some embarrassing defeats in Cup competitions over recent history but Clough’s new improved Rams - with an all new formula that combines passing and razor sharp attack - continued where they left of at Yeovil by playing another team off the park and registered their first win at Pride Park for 13/14.
RamZone Wrap - Derby "Outstanding & Great To Watch" As Town Trounced! Sun 25th Aug 2013 14:48
The Rams continued to put the ghosts of last season’s away form to rest on Saturday with a resounding three goal win over Yeovil Town. Last weekend despite pounding at the door, Derby struggled to break down the Foxes but there were no such problems this time round as they regularly sliced open their newly promoted opposition.
Outfoxed Rams Had "One Of Those Days" - The Weston Report Mon 19th Aug 2013 00:21
‘One of those days,’ is a term too commonly used in the footballing fraternity, with managers and players alike prone to sweeping woeful displays under the carpet with these four words. Yesterday at Pride Park however, it certainly was one of those days.
Can Derby's Defence Hold Fast In Race For Top 6? - Bill's Take Sat 17th Aug 2013 13:21
In last week's column, I wrote nonchalantly: "Last season the Rams scored 65 goals in League matches. That's not many to finish in the top six, but it can be enough if you defend reasonably well." So, the follow-up question has to be asked: can the Rams defend well enough to finish in the top six?
Diamond Shines As Clough Signals New Dawn - The RamZone Report Sun 11th Aug 2013 15:45
Our society loves to label success stories with a defining moment, a decision or action that not only changes a course of events but also signals a new dawn. I may be building it up a little too much but with one single substitution on Saturday — Nigel Clough showed that perhaps he finally has a team he is confident can do the business.
Rams Overcome Lactics & Ref In Cup Clash - The RamZone Report Wed 07th Aug 2013 15:24

It seems like an eternity since the Rams were able to avoid a banana skin in the League Cup but obviously they had their eyes peeled (pardon the pun) to skip over any possibility of crashing to Oldham. Despite some nervous moments and a ref who seemed determined to keep the contest close by denying some solid penalty shouts — Nigel Clough’s men will progress to the next round by the narrowest margin possible in football and at the same time put to bed a curse that was becoming a weight around their neck... until next season that is.

Bill's Take - Rams Can Believe Anything Is Possible! Thu 01st Aug 2013 14:32
I wouldn't say that football fans are by nature pessimists. Fatalists might be a better word. It’s our way of accepting endlessly negative events which are important to us, but over which we have no control.
Tyson, O'Connor & Robinson Bare-Backed By Clough! Tue 16th Jul 2013 01:55
If you have been waiting to decide what number to get on your new collared DCFC kit, you are now safe to head to the club shop and avoid looking so last year on match day as Derby County have released their squad numbers for the 2013 /14 campaign.
